Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes.

 

Exceptions

We only replace items if they are:

 

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective in production or printing

  • Incorrect (wrong size, design, or product received)

 

 

How to Report an Issue

Email zosign.brand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

 

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product/defect

  • Brief description of the issue

 

 

If approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.

 

Non-Eligible Situations

 

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size choice

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color differences due to screen settings

  • Reports made after the 7-day window

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available, as all items are custom printed.
